Return & Refund Policy – Dragee Customized Chocolates
At Dragee, each chocolate is crafted with care and personalized just for you. Since our products are custom-made and perishable, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure quality and fairness.
✅ Order Confirmation & Customization
Once a custom chocolate order (with names, logos, or messages) is confirmed and production begins, no changes can be made to the design, flavor, or color.
Please ensure all customization details are correct before finalizing the order.
❌ Change of Mind
If a customer changes their mind after order confirmation, we will not be able to offer a refund, as production and materials are already in process.
🛠️ Issue from Our Side
If there is a mistake from our side (e.g. incorrect customization, flavor, or damage during preparation), we will offer:
A replacement, if possible
Or a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved
📦 Delivery & Handling
We take great care in packaging and dispatching every order.
Once the order has been picked up or delivered, Dragee is not responsible for any damage caused during transport or handling outside our control.
